YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Mahoning County/Youngstown Live Convention and Visitors Bureau is giving residents a chance to show how they’re starting 2022 off right with its Youngstown Snapshots – Winter 2022 countryside.

Until February 21, residents can upload a photo via the office’s website of their winter activities. Attendees are eligible for a $50 local gift card, according to a press release.

“With a new year comes the opportunity for a fresh start, and there are many opportunities to try new things in Youngstown and Mahoning County,” said Linda Macala, executive director of Youngstown Live. “Take a hike in the snow, visit a museum or try healthy food at a local restaurant. If you need inspiration for your application, we will publish a series of blogs with suggestions.

Multiple entries are allowed for greater chances of winning, but entrants can only win one gift card. Two winners will be drawn from all entries each week, starting this week. Winners will be notified on Tuesday. Maps will be at locations in the Youngstown area.

Photos must be taken in Mahoning County. The photos will be used in future marketing efforts to promote tours to Youngstown and Mahoning County, according to the release.

Follow the office on social media @YoungstownLive for the latest updates. Visit YoungstownLive.com/snapshotsofyoungstown for rules, information on entry forms and photo upload instructions.
